Common questions

Instagram asked "Was this you?"
That's Instagram noticing a new sign-in from our server. Approve it in the Instagram app or on instagram.com, then try again in DumbSocial.

A chat is missing.
Older conversations arrive over the first few minutes after you connect an account. If one still doesn't show after an hour, disconnect and reconnect the account in Inbox → Settings.

I'm not getting notifications.
Check Settings → Notifications → DumbSocial on your iPhone, and that the chat or account isn't muted in the app.

How do I delete my account?
Inbox → Settings → Delete account. It disconnects every network and erases your data from our server.
